When posting to our blogs, photographer’s often struggle with choosing the images that they want to put forward to reflect their style of photography. Sometimes it’s hard to choose between the “perfect” images (the ones where technically everything has lined up) and those that might be less than perfect but absolutely portray the energy and emotion of the wedding day. Amanda and Boomer, and their family and friends, were some of the most energetic and happy people that I have ever met, so posting this wedding was easy. Everything was about laughter and happiness which you can see in just about every image (okay, so Mom had Boomer crying during the Mother/Son dance but other than that…).
Everything about this day was laid back and why not – when you are having your wedding on one of the Top Ten Beaches in the World – very little can go wrong. Yes, it was hot, but ah well…. We could not have had a more perfect day. I mean, really, look at that backdrop!
Amanda’s bridal prep “session” was very chill. Loved all of the ladies in their robes – adorable!
As the families had been visiting the Bahamas for many, many years it only made sense that they would celebrate this union at their home away from home. Beachfront dining and dancing, a live band, fireworks, cupcakes, amazing food and fantastic cocktails. And don’t forget the local Junkanoo group that paid a visit and had all of the groomsmen trying to shake it with the best of them.

Your photos are beautiful. I am getting married May 17th 2018 at the Bahamas beach club in abaco. Can I get more information about your prices?
Thank you, Heather
