What a high energy wedding this was! Priscilla and Mike began the weekend with a “quiet” rehearsal dinner at one of Nassau’s most elegant and prestigious hotels / restaurant – Graycliff. Built in 1740 and serving many purposes, Graycliff is home to one of the world’s most renowned wine cellars, with over 250,000 bottles. It is home to one of the rarest and most expensive wines in the world – the 1727 Rudesheimer Apostelwein from Bremen Ratskeller (value $200,000) and Priscilla and Mike’s guests were treated to a tour of this fabulous wine cellar. It is truly spectacular and tours are available, with some guests booking the cellar dining room for the ultimate in private dining.
The following day was wedding day and the family and guests were full of energy and laughter from the moment everything began. With the ceremony being held at the stunning Cloisters at the exclusive One & Only Ocean Club on Paradise Island, we then made our way over to Ocean’s Edge, an Atlantis wedding venue located on the beach and providing everything a bride would need for an unforgettable day. With beautiful skies, a gorgeous sunset, the ultimate entertainment of a Bahamas junkanoo group, a jammin’ DJ and fabulous cocktails, this wedding party kept on going long after this photographer finally made it home.
